Refund and Exchange Policy

If you have any questions about the product, please ask the artist before purchasing. Thorough communication beforehand will save you the time, effort, and money spent on refunds/exchanges.

By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use belovedartist.com if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the goods.

If the application is submitted after the deadline or does not meet the conditions of Pinkoi's return policy, the designer has the right to refuse the return. Please communicate with the designer before submitting the application.

The artist does not accept refund requests from customers for the following product types due to personal reasons.

• Customized products

• Opened personal hygiene products

Refund process

• The artist will contact the client within 3 business days of receiving the application.

• Once the artist agrees to return the item, please ship the complete item back within 4 business days and notify the artist via email (hi@belovedartist.com) or Instagram DMs (@belovedartist_). Please include the shipping unit and tracking number to avoid increasing communication time.

• The artist will confirm the product status and complete the refund process within 3 business days of receiving the product.
  

We do not offer exchange services.
