You’re welcome to cancel your order anytime before it ships.

Refunds

I kindly ask that refund requests be submitted within 7 days of receiving your item. If the request is submitted after this window, the return may be declined.

Refund Process

• I’ll get in touch with you within 3 business days after receiving your refund request.
• Once I confirm the return, please ship the item back in its original condition within 4 business days and let me know via email (hi@belovedartist.com) or Instagram DM (@belovedartist_). Including the shipping carrier and tracking number helps everything go smoothly!
• After I receive and inspect the item, I’ll confirm its condition and process your refund within 3 business days.
